Join our TEA ’N CHAT with Quality Assurance and Apprenticeship Manager Louis-Christian Pendegrass, who will talk about the routes to a career in the textiles industry through apprenticeships.
Louis’ background is in the fashion and retail industry, working for brands such as Hemyca, Joseph, Hobbs and Precis in the UK, Orsay in France and Future Style Lab in India.
Louis has worked across different markets around the world over the past 10 years and has continually been involved with the full life cycle of products as a womenswear designer and product developer. Throughout his career he has been able to develop teaching skills whilst training and coaching teams in different roles as he grew in various companies. Louis joined Fashion-Enter in March 2020 and is currently Quality Assurance and Apprenticeship Manager bringing his extensive knowledge, expertise and people skills to the role.
The Textiles Skills Centre Associates are a team of volunteers that manage the social media platforms and website, and offer support, mentorship and advice to textile teachers and trainees. We organise free resource networking events each month (Tea ‘N Chat) and are always on hand to help and encourage when needed.
We are always looking for new Associate members, so if you would like to join this small team then do contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
At the moment all costs are met by our team and time is given freely. If you are able to support us with a donation, however small, this will help to enhance the work we are doing.
You can donate using the DONATION button below which will take you to the Paypal donations page, or select an amount when you book the event. All donations gratefully received.
