Tea ‘N Chat – Sustainability – leading with Textiles + Rachel Addy

November 14, 2023 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Tea 'N Chat on eco textiles
Sustainability – leading with Textiles + Rachel Addy
Creating an Eco School – can your school become totally sustainable and can textiles be the subject to lead this?

Tuesday 14th November – Time 7-8pm

Join our TEA ’N CHAT with RACHEL ADDY.

The importance of sustainability and the environment is always being discussed. Schools are urged to take the initiative in teaching pupils the value of making sustainable decisions and to plant more trees on school grounds.

The DofE has committed to altering how sustainability is taught in schools. incorporating environmental issues into all subjects and ensuring that graduates are informed about these challenges.
We’ll talk about how to make your school more eco-friendly in this Tea’N’Chat. ADT-driven processes can produce innovative and lasting results. Learn how to organize a litter pick with DofE students, construct an allotment/urban pond with community members, and persuade parents/caregivers to join in and support the creation of the Eco School.
