Join our TEA ’N CHAT with Kathy Sexton who will give a gentle introduction to what mindfulness is, what it isn’t, and what it might look like in your everyday life. Kathy will clarify how Mindfulness can help to:
- Be more resilient when facing stress and being overwhelmed
- Boost self-esteem & concentration
- Navigate personal and professional challenges with more peace of mind
Kathy is a Specialist Leader in Education with over 30 years teaching and examining experience. She provides CPD training locally and nationally and has in recent years expanded into the field of wellbeing and resilience. Kathy sits on The All Party Parliamentary Group for A Fit and Healthy Childhood and has contributed to several of their recent papers on mental health, she is also a facilitator for the IHEART curriculum and a Mindfulness Coach.
